Children age 0-6 pay 10% of Rate
Children age 7-12 pay 40% of Rate
Children age 13-17 pay 75% of Rate
10% discount will be given to returning customers unless commissions are applicable
Early booking will receive an additional discount depending on size of group and availabitity of Rooms
An additional 10% will given as a credit to future private bookings to an existing customer that is charging his company the standard rate and wants to come back on a private basis. No differentiation will be made between high and low season rates.
All booking will be on a first-come-first-served base as all long as booking requirements have been fullfilled.

Booking Policy
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Your booking will only be reserved after receipt of your credit card details (# digits - expiry date and CVC number at the back).If
for any reason you do not feel comfortable sending your details via the internet, please contact Walna Lindemann to arrange for these
details to be transfered. Tel: +27 11 702 1330, Cell: +27 82 879 9239 . These details will be kept as a guarantee and will only be
used in the event of a cancellation.
All reservations must be confirmed in writing and require a 50% deposit. The balance to be settled on arrival.
CANCELLATION:
Between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be refunded. between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival: the deposit
will not be refunded. Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival date: the client will be responsible for the full amount of the booking.
DIRECTIONS TO SUNSET BEACH HOUSE FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
- Take the N2 highway direction Cape Town City -Take the M5 North turnoff direction Milnerton
- Follow this road and exit at N1 Cape Town City
- Shortly afterwards take the exit to R27 Tableview (don't miss, small exit under bridge)
- now remain on R27 (Otto du Plessis Drive), pass through Milnerton, pass Racecourse Rd and the Paddocks Mall on your right, then carry on straight over a set of robots (Engen on your left)
- Turn left into the next street Bay Beach Ave
- Immediately right into Albus Drive and at T-junction follow Albus to left around curve to Nr. 25.
